Privacy Policy

This policy describes how NixBlox LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“NixBlox,” “we,” “us”), handles information collected through getnixblox.com (the “Site”). The short version: we collect only what you type into our request form, we use it only to run the NixBlox beta and licensing program, and we don't track you.
What we collect
Information you submit. When you request beta access or a license renewal, we receive the information you enter: name, email address, company, trade, request type, and any message you include.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider automatically records basic request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) in standard server logs used for security and operations.
Nothing else. The Site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting of any kind.
How we use it
- To respond to your beta access or license renewal request.
- To issue and administer license keys.
- To contact you about the beta program, your license, or material changes to the product or these terms.
We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to marketing lists unrelated to NixBlox.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, Inc. (form processing), stored in our Microsoft 365 email (Microsoft Corporation), and the Site is hosted by Vercel, Inc. Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
How long we keep it
We keep request and licensing records for as long as needed to operate the beta and licensing program, and as required for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time (below).
Your choices and rights
Email beta@nixblox.app to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live (including California and the EU/EEA), you may have additional rights under local law; we honor reasonable requests from anyone regardless of jurisdiction.
Children
The Site is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting existing beta testers or license holders will be announced by email.
